  • It's been a while

Wow it's been a long time since i've posted anything on here. I don't even know if anyone will read it.
But I just started a new job yesterday. I am officially a CNA working in a nursing home. I started my orientation yesterday afternoon. I'll be working about 30 hours a week and my shift is from 2pm-10pm. It should be very challenging and something I will definitely have to get used to. I'm not used to 8 hour shifts or working on my feet for that long everyday. It's hard work. But I know it will be worth it. I love the people and I love the place that i'm going to be working for.
My church has been going through a lot of changes. We are searching out four square and will be voting this week, as members, whether we will start changing everything with four square. We are finally turning things around and it really feels like we're on the right track and going into God's will for CLF. It's definitely a huge change, but I really think it's going to be good and I think the whole congregation feels the same. We need some kind of covering and accountability as a body.
I moved out again. I am living with my friend Abby and driving. I love being out on my own again. It is so nice!! :) It's definitely got it's different responsibilities, but it is good for me!
Anyways, maybe i'll continue to write on here more now that I also have a laptop.
God is doing good things in my life. I am struggling a lot in a certain area, but I know God can and will change my heart and will help me through it. It's a tough world, but with God on our side we can do anything and accomplish great things! I have come so far so I surely know it is true.

    Peace ;)

  • Wow..it's been quite a while since I posted. like 8 months. ;)
So much has happened in my life since then. I was not able to go to Anderson University because I couldn't get a loan without a co-signer. But I think it was definitely a God thing. I didn't know what I was going to Anderson for and I just didn't have a vision for my life. BUt now I truly feel like God has revealed to me what His plan is..atleast for now. I am registered and start at a community college in my community on Monday for nursing. I'm starting with the nursing program..CNA first..which is what I start on monday and really feel like it's a God thing!!
I feel like a completely different person than I was in January. My heart was still with Ezra and since then he has gotten a girlfriend and is getting married in about 3 weeks to a great girl who definitely compliments him well. I am happy for them and even though it's still pretty weird to be watching my ex, who I thought I would marry, be getting married I know it was not God's will for us to be together.
Anyways, besides that and the growth that I know God has done in my heart I am still on a path of forgiveness and moving on in Christ...But doing quite well.
I have 2 jobs right now..working part time.
Plus, in April I got my drivers license...WOW! About time. And it's SO GREAT!! :)

    Well...peace

  • DOing pretty well. God is really working on my heart and changing me in ways that I really needed 2 years ago. LoL :)
Just found out last week I have been accepted to Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. I will be going in August. I am so excited to see what God has in store for me over there.
If you could, be praying for my finances. I do not have a job as of right now and have been going out and looking for one. I need one so I can save money up for a plane ticket to Indiana and what not. I also need to get my w-2's back so I can get my taxes done and then fill out my financial aid!!!! So, please keep me in your prayers.
Thanks guys. I love you all. :)

    Peace.
